Initial measure and consultation - Designer to come to client’s home and measure, view their current living space, and discuss wants and needs for their updated spaceFinal meeting - This is where we would collect our initial deposit (40% of overall project amount) to save our clients a slot in our installation calendar as well as order all materials required for the job. A final contract is to be signed by both Timber + Plumb & clients to ensure accuracy for ordering, installation, and selections. Clients will be supplied a date of installation of cabinetry + countertops at this meeting as well.

First design meeting in our state of the art showroom - Clients are invited into our showroom at 2778 Richmond Street in Windsor to view design drawings, 3D renderings, as well as a quote. Please note * Design drawings and renderings are considered intellectual property of Timber + Plumb and will not be released to client without deposit. Client does however get a detailed quote and the ability to schedule an additional appointment to revise any details about their design or finishes

Review meeting - this step is sometimes necessary if clients require revisions for their design or concept. This is when we can present revisions and an updated quote to the client. typically, after this step and all revisions are complete we can schedule a final meeting that would include final design sign-off, final finish, door-style selection, countertop selection, and hardware selection.

** Please note; if clients would like designs released before supplying initial deposit they may leave a 10% non-refundable deposit (which would later come out of the first 40% amount) with Timber + Plumb with the intent of working together.

** Appliances must be supplied to Timber + Plumb for design and sizing purposes, however if client is unsure what they will purchase they can sign-off on standard size openings in their contract.

Final measure will be completed after contract signing that way we can ensure accuracy within our designs and order materials accurately.

Once cabinetry order is completed, we will wait for our deliveries to be made to our showroom. In order for Timber + Plumb to deliver your product we require 50% of the overall amount to be paid and then our installation can begin. Typically, stone countertops are installed 2 weeks after cabinetry as they require templating to confirm accuracy on site.

Client satisfaction is our #1 priority so once clients are happy with the installation of our products and there is no service work to complete we will collect our remainder 10% of the overall project.
