So now you’re probably asking yourself, how do I get started working with Timber + Plumb?
Well you’re in luck because we’ve outlined our updated process below for you and you can get on our calendar for your appointment.
Initial Consultation Meeting - $247.00(+HST)
This is how we will start the renovation or new build journey with all new clients. The first step is an initial consultation with our head designer and operator, Markie Tuckett.
For the initial consultation, Markie will come to your home to assess your current kitchen or space that you are planning to renovate. Here, you go over exactly what you’re looking for in terms of storage, style, budget, desired timeline and to navigate how we can best help you. Measurements of your current space are also taken at this time (so please make sure the space is accessible to do so). We encourage you to have any inspiration pictures or ideas on hand, so we can see what you’re looking to transform your space into!
Once the Initial Consultation Meeting has come to an end, Markie will come back to her showroom and start working on your file. Typically design/quote turnaround time is anywhere from 2-4 weeks from our initial consultation meeting. When nearing the completion of our design process, Markie will reach out to you to schedule your design presentation with her in the Timber + Plumb Showroom (located in the heart of Olde Riverside in Windsor). The one-on-one design presentation will include a review of our customized floor-plans and elevations , our signature 3D colour renderings, as well as a curated flat-lay.
Clients are free to take the detailed quote with them for the project but all drawings, renderings, and designs are property of Timber + Plumb until a contract agreement is signed to proceed with our company OR if you decide to put a 10% non-refundable deposit down (this deposit would be taken off the total overall cost of the project).
All Fees/Deposits are non-refundable.

Plumbing Fixtures (sinks, faucets, toilets, shower systems, etc…)
Lighting Fixtures (chandeliers, pendants, sconces, etc…)
Backsplash tile (we have a small selection within store but can bring samples in for clients)
Please note: all of our products sold here are subject to lead-times, nothing can be ordered and taken home the same day.
Don’t have a full renovation, but looking for a kitchen refresh?
We can offer consultations for countertop, cabinet hardware, and backsplash tile replacements as well! Sometimes all your kitchen needs is a little help from a designers eye and it can once again be the apple of your eye!
For our $247.00 (+ HST) Initial Meeting Consultation fee, we can come out to your place and have a conversation on how to best refresh your space and take some generic measurements to provide you with a quote for those small changes within your kitchen. To book these services request an appointment and indicate on our “New Client Form” that this is what you’re looking to do!
Please note; Timber + Plumb is a proud partner of Cambria, specializing in American-made quartz countertops. We do not supply granite or marble countertops.
Important information for all packages
Once drawings, renderings, and quotes are presented to the client, you have the option to proceed with the Timber + Plumb team to make the vision a reality, or part ways with your project!
If a client chooses to work with Timber + Plumb for their renovation, Markie will further plan in-depth details and create a working timeline for you and your project.
If you decide to go in a different direction, all presented information as outlined above will be kept by Timber + Plumb unless you decide to purchase the design. A release form will be signed, ending all services, guidance or advice offered by Timber + Plumb.
Please note: Fees must be paid in full before the initial-consultation meeting, or the client will not receive a quote or a design presentation.
Timber + Plumb does not price-compete with other companies.
Cancellation policy: We require a minimum of 48hrs notice for any appointment cancellation. If cancellation is made less than 48hrs prior to meeting, a fee of $100 will incur. Medical and/or emergency exceptions will be reviewed by Timber + Plumb.
